Year 1989 Established with 24.9% owned by Mr. Hasegawa and main product Line is Light-Weight Headphone. Starting business by joint-venture with Tomei Group (Tomei Group is a listed company) which mainly produced electronic products, walkman, TV, CD...etc.
Year 1999 In Sept., Mr. Hasegawa increased his share holding up to 75%.
Year 2007 Mr. Hasegawa's Family owned 100% share holding and % distribution is: 90% owned by Mr. Hasegawa and 10% owned by Mr. Ken Hasegawa.
